How do you ship products? 

Depending on the item ordered and the size we will use UPS or freight carriers to ship your items.

Freight carriers are used for larger items and can be shipped to your nearest freight dock or with lift-gate service to your door.  It is important to know that freight carriers are only responsible for getting your items to your curb or driveway.  You must have someone there to help you unload and uncrate your items.  White glove service may be arranged for additional costs (delivery and set up in your home or business). 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is priced differently for each item.  Larger items such as gun cabinets and furniture will be quoted individually through our freight carriers.  Freight can range from $200 to $600 depending on the size of the item and your location.  You will receive a detailed shipping quote before final payment.

What if it is damaged during delivery?

River Oak Outdoors professionally packages and crates every item for shipping.  For freight delivery it is very important that you uncrate and inspect item before driver leaves.  If an item is damaged during freight delivery it must be returned at that time to be covered by shipping insurance.  Smaller items may be returned for repair or replacement.

How long does it take to make my items?

If you are ordering a standard item from our product catalog turn around time is usually between 1-2 weeks.  Larger custom items will determined by size, design and current order status.  Some items may have long lead times due to the demands of custom work.

Do you have a return or warranty policy?

River Oak Outdoors is dedicated to absolute customer satisfaction.  We offer a 30 day return policy on any item.  We stand by our products and if at anytime you have any troubles with an item we will work with you to resolve the issue. We offer a 1 year warranty on all custom orders. 

What if I don’t like my items? 

River Oak Outdoors works very closely with each customer on custom orders.  We will keep you informed with the status of your order with detailed pictures and information.  This process allows you to see and make any necessary changes before delivery.  If upon delivery you decide you don’t like the item you can return the item for a full refund minus shipping charges.

Can you match existing products?

River Oak Outdoors understands the importance of complimenting existing décor and design of your home or business.  We will work closely with you in the design process to create a matching and complimentary piece to your satisfaction.  Stain and finish color samples can be mailed to you for approval.

How do I pay for items?

River Oak Outdoors accepts Mastercard, Visa or Debit cards through our secure website.

Do you require a deposit?

On large custom orders we require a deposit based on the total value of the project with a signed contract.

How do I get a custom gun cabinet?

River Oak Outdoors specializes in designing custom gun cabinets.  Simply fill out the form on the Contact Us page and we will contact you to begin the process.  River Oak Outdoors will work closely with you in designing your custom gun cabinets based on your requirements and provide a detailed quote.  Once the design has been approved we will require a signed work order and a small deposit based on the purchase price.  We will then begin building your custom gun cabinet and set up for delivery.

Are your gun cabinets considered a safe?

No, River Oak Outdoors gun cabinets are not considered gun safes; they are custom pieces of furniture.  They are secured with locks but will not protect against a determined thief or fire.  Check with your local authorities for safe requirements.

How many guns can they hold?

River Oak Outdoors can customize your cabinet to hold any amount of guns.  Size requirements will affect number of guns.  A standard gun cabinet holding 15 guns is around 5ft. wide.

Can your cabinets store hand guns?

Yes, handgun storage can be implemented into your design.

How many calls can they hold?

River Oak Outdoors can design your display case to hold any number of calls.

Do your cases hang on walls or are they free standing? 

River Oak Outdoors can design your case to be wall hanging, freestanding or both.

How are calls attached?

Our waterfowl call displays use ½” diameter dowels for storing your calls.  Due to the numerous size differences in call sizes it is impossible to have a secure fit on the call barrel.  River Oak Outdoors will work closely with you in determining height requirements of the dowels. 

Will my calls fall off?

River Oak Outdoors cannot guarantee a fall proof case.  We make every effort in the design and construction process to protect your valuable collections but accidents may happen.  We recommend placing displays on walls or away from high traffic areas where your display may be bumped.  It is recommended that glass doors be ordered for added security.  River Oak Outdoors is not responsible for damage to any calls stored in any of our displays.

Can you make travel cases?

River Oak Outdoors works closely with collectors and custom call makers.  We can design functional cases for carrying your calls and accessories to various shows and events.  We also are capable of implementing your company’s logo into your case’s design.

Do you make displays for goose calls?

River Oak Outdoors standard dowel size is ½” for duck calls.  If you need a display case for goose calls we can use larger diameter dowels to fit you needs.

Do you have standard models available?

Yes, check our Catalog page for standard size display cases.  These are priced as shown.  Customized options require additional costs.

Do you make custom furniture?
